An epic video where a dance off can be seen between a Denver police officer and a third-grade boy is going helluva viral.
The video was caught on camera over the weekend.
At 16th Street Mall in downtown, thePolice officer and the boy are seen going at it in a breakdance together.
DPD Officer Thanaret Phuvapaisalkij also known as"PJ," said that kids usually come up to the motorcycles and request for a picture, but what happened over the weekend wasn’t normal. But same time he is very to experience that.
He was approached by a boy named Jayden Marquez, said PJ.
“He came up and he said he wanted to take a picture in front of the motorcycle. I didn’t know what he was going to do," PJ said. "He did that freeze and I was like, he dances a little bit."
Jayden wasn’t really aware that even PJ had moves of his own.
While talking about the dance-off, Jayden said that he was shocked to en*ounter PJ’s dance moves. “When I heard I was going to be on the news, I was about to cry tears of joy.”
The story was first shared by Jayden's mother. The video has been shared by lakhs.
“We see a lot of negative things out there in the media about police and all kinds of shootings, so this is something that makes you smile," Jayden's mother Vanessa Marquez said.
“There’s a lot of things that cops do out there, and it’s nice to see a cop breakdance with a kid," Jayden said.
"I enjoy sharing my art with the community, so just to be able to do that with him was great, it was awesome," PJ said.
PJ loves to dance and dances in his free timeago. Jayden who is a third grader has just started dancing a year ago and enjoys learning new moves.
