A few days back, Indian skipper Virat Kohli posted a workout video and nominated Prime Minister Narendra Modi to further take up the challenge. And today, the PM posted a video of his morning exercise. In the video, he can be seen working out in a garden.
Sharing the video, he wrote, "Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises."
He further nominated Karnataka’s CM Shri HD Kumaraswamy, table tennis star Manika Batra and entire fraternity of brave IPS officers to take up the challenge.
In another tweet, Narendra Modi appealed to every Indian to devote some part of the day towards fitness.
'Hum fit to India fit' challenge was initiated by former Olympian and current Information and Broadcasting minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore who posted a video of himself doing 10 push-ups. He had then nominated Virat Kohli, Saina Nehwal and Hrithik Roshan to take up the challenge.
