Kaun Banega Crorepati is a highly rated reality show where we see actor Amitabh Bachchan and a contestant who sits on the hot seat. We hear a sound like hammering. And an excitement generally comes to us as an audience. But, there are a lot of things that happen behind the screen, which you may not know. The fact behind the well-framed question - Do you know the difficulty level of the question has been changed as per the performance of the contestant? Yes, it is a mystery of this show. Every time the question changes if the contestant performs better, he or she can get some difficult questions.

Selection process - This is also a hidden story. Before going to the fastest finger, first, you have to go through with 3 rounds. Those are SMS round, call round, and lastly audition round. Inside every round, there is an elimination round. So before sitting in the hot seat, you have to come across with aforesaid rounds.

Age restrictions - According to the rule, under 18 can’t sit on the hot seat of KBC. If any contestant’s family member is under 18, he or she can participate but will not be shown to the camera.


Rules of the contestant - As per the KBC’s rules, no contestant is allowed to leave the hot seat before the end of the filming. So, suppose if a contestant is losing and he wants to leave from the hot seat, KBC won’t give the permission. So, they will make you agree on this on paper.

Can a participant really get the whole amount - Suppose one participant has won 1 crore. In that case, he can’t get the whole amount. He will get the amount after-tax deduction. So, for 1 crore amount participants can get only 70 lac. The rest of the 30 lacks has been deducted as tax.
