The 10th season of the popular Quiz show, Kaun Banega Crorepati is going very well and is appreciated by the viewers. Not only this, but KBC 10 is giving a bang on competition to Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 12. Today the ultimate host of the show, Mr Amitabh Bachchan is celebrating his 76th birthday and the makers of KBC has a special surprise for him.

As Bachchan is hosting this show for years, his birthday means a lot to KBC director and producer. When KBC did so much for their contestants, it's their host's birthday, how can they miss a chance to wish him all the happiness and health. After receiving the heartfelt sweet surprise, Bachchan left teary-eyed.

When Amitabh was shooting for the show, the makers played a video which made him weep. In the video, he was being introduced to the lanes of Allahabad where he grew up with his parents. By the end of the video, his mother can be seen singing a song written by his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Big B who was just doing his work like any other day, never excepted this kind of surprise from KBC and can't hold his emotions and feeling. Later, he thanked the makers of the show for making his day such a sweet and memorable one.

We wish Amit Ji, a very happy birthday and hope he stays fit and young from hearts and entertain us with his talent forever. Bollywood is blessed to have a legend like you!

He rules almost every heart, not only the elders but the youth admires him. Daily at 5 pm outside his house, he comes out and waves for his fans who waited all the day just for his little glimpse.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji's dream project Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Mouni Roy. Currently, he is busy promoting his upcoming flick, Thugs Of Hindostan which stars Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh. It is slated for the release of Diwali this year.
