TikTok’s latest challenge is Mr Sandman; with people, their pets also twirls

Among the TikTok users, Mr Sandman challenge seems to the new rage now. With the 1954 Chordettes’ song “Mr Sandman” as the backdrop, paired up with the platform’s nine-camera split filter, people and their pets can be seen clapping and twirling and doing all sorts of adorable tricks in the videos everywhere on the social media platforms.

Jade Taylor-Ryan, a 17-year-old TikTok user was the first one to try out the combination with her ginger cat Ed, his cat was named after the singer Ed Sheeran.

The video, which was posted on TikTok, quickly made rounds on the internet and social media platforms. Many people took to Twitter to react to the adorable video of the tabby cat that was dancing in sync with the music.

From cats, dogs, stuffed animals to humans, various users made up their own version of the video and took it up as a challenge. People have been posting variations of the viral videos.

While posting the video, the Twitter user gave it the caption saying that this is the best TikTok video he has ever seen in his life and on his post, people have been commenting and reacting. A user, after watching the video, wrote – ‘send help, can’t stop watching’. Yet another called it hilarious. One user even said that he is going to have a cat just because of that video.
