Shiggy, an Instagram page first posted a video on this track and started the challenge which people are accepting around the world. In the challenge, people dance besides a moving car but it is not safe. Police have also warned the public regarding their safety.
However, a new video of Kiki challenge that is posted by farmers of a tiny village of Telangana gives a safety message to everyone. Their motive behind the video is too give safety caution. Two farmers can be seen in the video while the third one was filming that video. The farmers are Anil Geela, Pilli Tirupati and Sriram Srikanth. They have shot this video in Lambadipalli village of Kondagattu in Karimnagar of Telangana state.
Anil Geela while speaking about taking up the challenge to a daily said,
"That is our natural dance but we did practiced a couple of times since we were dancing in the slush in the field. Doing it on the road would have been easy but we decided to be realistic. The bullocks were ploughing the field and we danced to the song."
Anil who hails from Siddipet was serving as a teacher in a private school. With his friends, he decided to make Youtube videos showing the village life. The another guy in the video is a farmer himself and his name is Pilli Tirupati.
Srikanth who shot the video is the person who gave this idea and said if the entire world was hitched on to the kiki challenge he wondered how villagers also could do the same, "We are a bunch of people who are fascinated with village life. What else do you have in the village but bullocks?"
The video has also attracted the attention of International media. The trio put the video on Instagram on August 1. As the video gets hit, to this Anil said, "Our video is being talked about everywhere and it feels good."
