On stage, I get very nervous, I sweat, have palpitations and have even vomited: Nargis Fakhri

Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri has finally decided to get rid of her stage fright by walking on to the stage, taking the mike and stunningly performing a stand-up comedy act.

Nargis Fakhri shared a video of the same and told her fans that she always fears while standing in front of the people on the stage.

The cute-faced actress has posted the video on social media with a special quote, “My First ever stand up comedy setI have a fear of standing on stage in front of people. “Stage fright” i took a comedy class to help me build some confidence to get over this fear. My birthday is coming up and i wanted to make a list of things that scare me so i can beat the fear!! And now i will share it with you!This was me at my most vulnerable! I was shitting my pants up there but i did it! And i want to share my accomplishment with you all. Hope u like it and if you don’t that ok too.”

In the video, she also referred various things about her boyfriend and at the same time, cracked various jokes at his expense.

In a recent interview, Nargi Fakhri had talked about her weakness and said that she indeed has stage fright and she is currently very much confident and overcoming it. But still, she has that fear factor in her mind and always go nervous while standing on the stage. The actress revealed that she does sweat, experience palpitation, diarrhea and have also vomited a few times.

She said that she finds it difficult to breathe while she is on the stage, but is pretty confident that she will be able to get rid of this issue. Nargis Fakhri added that while she was growing up in New York, there were a lot of people who made fun of her, and this indeed helped her to develop a sense of humor.
