SOTY 2: Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra Shoot A Special Song

Old students of Karan Johar's 'Student Of The Year' are all set to give their touch to 'Student of the Year 2'. The sequel of the film is starring Tiger Shroff, Ananya Pandey, and Tara Sutaria. SOTY which gave Bollywood three talented actors will now give two promising newcomers to the Bollywood.

Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra will be shooting a song with the lead actor of SOTY 2 and it will be an opening song. Punit Malhotra is directing the film and it will show the new batch of students.

According to the sources, "The film's makers wanted to shoot the song, which will feature the trio in the opening credits, on a large canvas. They are yet to take a call on whether they should shoot in Delhi, Pune or Mumbai. It will be shot either in a stadium or on a lavish set. This song will mark the beginning of the sequel and will see SOTY'S lead actors, Varun, Alia and Sid, passing the baton to the new batch of students."

Tiger will be seen in the song alongside Alia, Varun, and Sidharth but it will give a miss to the new actresses. The film's two schedules have been completed in Dehradun and Pune. For the third schedule, searching for a perfect location is on. The film will be released on November 23 next year.

It is to see whether the sequel of SOTY will be proved lucky for the new debutante like it turned out for Alia, Varun, and Sidharth.  Moreover, it is not yet confirmed if Alia would also be joining the two actors or not. But, when Highway actress asked to do a cameo in the film she said,“Never say never”. Her, excitement is somewhere making sure she will join the two actors.
