Sheer Khurma Is Must-Have Dish On Eid Ul-Fitr, A Guide To Make Best Ever Sweet Here

After the month-long festival of Ramadan finally, the day of 2018's Eid has come. Today, the world is celebrating the Meethi Eid. This festival brings new hope and beginnings every-year and the way to look start all over again after forgetting all the bad memories of yesterday. Well, we have heard them before starting anything new, we must have something sweet.

How can the festival like Eid be celebrated without desserts? The most important and must have a dish on Eid is Sheer Khurma. It is the Persian dish made with milk and dates. Sheer means milk and Khurma means dates. This is important because after having the Eid prayer in the morning, this special dish is served to all family members and visiting guests. As well as, Khuram is also a very essential part of Ramadan.

  1. Take a wide pan and put milk in it and simmer the milk till it thickens to the consistency of cream.
  2. Include the vermicelli, coconut, sugar, cardamom, dates and half of the raisins and almonds
  3. Make the bubble come out and after that stew for around 5 minutes.
  4. Include the vetiver. Exchange to a serving dish, decorate with silver leaves and remaining almonds and raisins.
  5. Serve this delicious receipt hot!
