Madhya Pradesh's political situations are not being able to find stability. On one side, BJP is appealing for immediate floor test in the Supreme Court and on the other side, the Congress is constantly in oppose of this move. The Supreme Court on Tuesday has decided to announce the judgment on CM Kamal Nath's floor test.
On the other side, Congress has also appealed separately that their MLAs are being horse traded by BJP and they are locked in Bangalore. But the 22 Congress MLAs from the state that are currently in Bengaluru showed up before the media on Tuesday and said they were with BJP leader Jyotiraditya Scindia and they have denied the fact that they are being kept as a hostage. The MLAs said they were happy to come back to Madhya Pradesh whenever they are provided with Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) security.
According to the latest updates, The SC seat to take up the Madhya Pradesh BJP's request now. Kamal Nath's lawyer Dushyant Dave brings up strong oppose against the request for the floor test. His lawyer stated that there is no need for the floor test as Congress had won the elections with majority.
