King Khan's Mannat is a far-fetched version of a ideal palace and for each and every Bollywood fan, it is almost compulsory to click an image in front of it. The bungalow has become its own attraction and almost daily SRK's buffs visit it, hoping to have a glimpse of the super star himself.
Located in Lands End, Bandstand with a wonderful sight of the sea, the mansion is one of the most stunning and renowned properties in the city of Mumbai. With Italian architecture, the interiors of the house are the perfect blend of modern and stylish, adorned with objects of art from around the world!
The multi-storey building has two living rooms connected by a system of elevators, which is done up with paintings by M.F Hussain, antiques and other valuables. The house also has a floor dedicated to a playroom for his kids, a library, a private bar and an entertainment centre! There are offices and studios where the mega-star works. It also has a boxing ring, a table tennis table and a lavish pool area.
But, a few people are aware that it was Salman who first wished to buy the awesome place himself. During an interview with media people, SRK made this exciting revelation regarding the famed Bungalow and disclosed that at the time when he was just beginning his career, Mannat got offered to Salman Khan but his father said, "Itne bade ghar mein karoge kya? (What will you do with this big house.)"
That is the main cause why Sallu left the chance to own big and well known mansion and finally, Bollywood Badshah turned out to be its possessor. Salman also stated that he has a query for King Khan that is, "Shah Rukh itne bade ghar mein tu karta kya hai? (What do you do Shah Rukh in such a big house?)"
