Recently released flick Sahoo starring well known super stars Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor is considered to be one of the most expensive films in the Indian film industry and it was made with a budget of around Rs 350 crore.
But things have not been that much easy for the director Sujeeth as he really had a tough time of late.
The 28 year old Sujeeth had shared on social media about his cinematic journey and the hurdles and hardships that he had to face during his career.
He shared his experience on social media and wrote, "Made my first short film when I was 17 years old. No money, No team but had lot of support from Orkut and family. I edited, shot and directed 90% of my short films. I learned from my mistakes and criticism was always like extra boost for my journey. Travelled very long way and faced many hurdles but never gave up."
Sujeeth also thanked his fans for watching the movie Saaho and asked them to watch the film again.
Sharing this on social media, he said, "Today many people saw SAAHO - some expected more from it, but many loved it! Thanks to all for watching the movie :) Please watch it again if you missed anything. I am sure you’ll enjoy even more. #Saaho."
Actor and singer Neil Nitin Mukesh plays a negative character in the movie and the director really appreciated his efforts.
Sujeeth said that it was one of the best technically sound movie that he have seen and been a part of.
He said that he watched the movie along with his family and he was not at all disappointed by the overall performance.
The movie Saaho had a good start at the box office and got about Rs 24.40 crore for its Hindi version and also became the biggest opener of the year after Salman Khan's Bharat which got Rs 42.30 crores, followed by Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal which got Rs 29.16 crore.
