Sanju: Ranbir Kapoor lip-syncing to a woman’s voice in song ‘Badhiya’ will take you to the 80’s

Ranbir Kapoor's much-awaited film 'Sanju' is anticipated to be one o the milestone in his career. The teaser has already received a positive feedback from the fans. Now the first song is also released by the filmmakers. Actress Sonam Kapoor is playing Sanju's girlfriend in the movie. Both the actors are romancing in their 80's look which reminds about the earlier days of Sanjay Dutt in the film industry.

The song entitled 'Badhiya' is sung by Sonu Nigam features Sonam-Ranbir dancing on the streets of Bombay. Their outfits are also giving the feel of the 80's. The interesting part is Ranbir's lip-syncing on a female voice in the song. Both the actors look cute and their dance moves are spectacular. The song is a bit humorous and catchy. It is also said that Sanjay Dutt's father had a doubt in his abilities to lip-sync on a song so he took it as a challenge and performed this stunt.

Talking about the fashionista of Bollywood Sonam Kapoor's look in the movie will take you in the 80's where heroines used to wear flared pants and bell bottoms. She is playing the role of Sanjay Dutt's alleged girlfriend and actress 'Tina Munim'.

Having dated many girlfriends throughout his life the actor has a deep relation with controversies and was also sent to jail.

'Sanju' is a star-studded movie with actors Ranbir Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Tabu, Paresh Rawal and Boman Irani. The movie directed by Rajkumar Hirani will release on 29th of June.
