Rajkumar Rao’s father Satyapal Yadav breathed his last at 60; last rites performed in Gurugram

As per latest but sad news, Satyapal Yadav, father of well-known actor Rajkumar Rao, has passed away. He was 60 years old.

The report added that Rajkumar Rao's dad was under treatment in Gurugram Hospital, Medanta from the last 17 days. He breathed his last on Thursday. The last rites took place at Gurugram Madan Puri. During this time, his close friends and family members were present.


Rajkumar Rao's mother died way back in 2017 after which he immediately returned to shooting for the film 'Newton'. When he returned to the shooting with a difference of one day, he said, “I returned in a day’s time because I knew that’s what my mother would have loved — for me to carry on with my commitments, act and finish my duties. Her greatest happiness in life was to watch me on screen. It was hard for me to perform, but I felt her presence supporting me.”

He also stated that he never stepped back from completing commitments and the biggest joy of his father's life was to see him perform on screen. Rajkumar said that it was very difficult for him to perform but he said that he knows that they are always with me.


Rajkumar Rao's father was a government employee.

In an interview given to media people, he had told how he is ahead in life, facing various kinds of difficulties. For two years, his school teachers had paid him fees, but no one had stopped him from fulfilling his dreams.

There are a lot of condolence messages coming from different parts of the industry. Many of the celebrity stars have shared their condolence with Rajkumar Rao through their social media handles.

Rajkumar Rao made his Bollywood debut with the movie named "Rann", which was released in 2010. In the movie, he played the role of a news reader and was well appreciated for his acting. Since then, he has acted in a lot of Bollywood movies and he also has some upcoming movies under his belt.
