Raj Kundra case: Mumbai police seek custody extension as Raj Kundra isn’t cooperative, suggests reports

Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested on the night of Monday early this week in the case of allegedly producing and publishing pornographic movies through his mobile apps. Now the Mumbai Crime Branch seems to likely seek the extension for the custody of Raj Kundra.

As reported by TOI that Raj Kundra is not cooperating with the Mumbai Crime Branch and has no answers to the questions asked by the team for the investigation process. The report also states that Raj Kundra is denying all the charges against him and is not answerable at all.

A police official told and reported news portal that Raj is saying he never made porn movies.  They have said that they are planning to report the case and disputes further to the court and take the whole matter in the court about how Raj Kundra is being not cooperative in the police investigation and not answering any of the questions. The official further reported that no matter what Raj Kundra says, they have all the evidence against him in the case.

The case was earlier filled in the month of February but Kundra was arrested early this week when the Mumbai Crime Branch gathered all the evidence and proof against him.
