Raazi’s Jaideep Ahlawat impresses with his performance; now opposite Manisha Koirala in Lust Stories

After the success of Raazi, actors Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal are receiving congratulatory messages from celebs and fans. Alia's performance has no doubt proved that she is capable of making any movie hit at the box office without any renowned co-star. Vicky Kaushal too has impressed everyone with his acting skills. But another actor who played a prominent role in the movie that grabbed audience attention is Jaideep Ahlawat. He portrayed the role of 'Khalid Mir' in Raazi. Jaideep was the trainer of Alia in this movie who makes her strong enough to go on a mission.

Jaideep has done justice with his character who is a RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) agent. He also shared about his character that Khalid keeps his feelings hidden, as it is not appropriate for his job, though he has soft spot for Sehmat (Alia) in Raazi.

Jaideep being an outsider has struggled a lot to reach this level in the film industry. Some unknown facts about him are quite surprising. This actor is working in Bollywood since 8 years. He has also done character roles in movies like 'Khatta Meetha', 'Raees', 'Rockstar' and 'Gangs Of Wasseypur'. He did a commendable job as Shahid Khan in Gangs Of Wasseypur. Jaideep hails from a small village in Haryana and has reached this level without any godfather in the industry.

For an outsider it is difficult to settle as an actor in the film industry but, Jaideep has proved that hard work and talent cannot stop you from achieving success. Jaideep's upcoming movie is 'Lust Stories' where he is starring opposite Manisha Koirala.

He made his Bollywood debut as a negative character in Akshay Kumar's 'Khatta Meetha' and 'Aakrosh', both released the same year. Having bagged some good roles in Hindi movies, Jaideep has also been part of Kamal Hasan's 'Vishwaroopam' which is coming up with its sequel this year.
