Queen Elizabeth II showed her witty side to the world recently, when she pulled an epic prank on a group of American visitors, who caught her while walking around Balmoral Castle in Scotland. As per reports, the Queen played the prank after the tourist neglected to recognize her during their tour through the castle.
The 93-year-old ruler, wearing tweeds and a headscarf, was strolling with one of her officials Richard Griffin when the sightseers approached her.
Totally uninformed of what she looked like, the visitors began a discussion with her and furthermore inquired as to whether the Queen lived here. She answered that she lived in a house close-by. A couple of minutes after the fact, one of the visitors inquired as to whether she had ever met the Queen. Not having any desire to uncover her actual personality, the Queen'continued the discussion and said that Griffin has met the Queen.
Curiously, the gathering proceeded onward after the short discussion and stayed unmindful of the reality they had bantered with the Queen, Griffin disclosed to The Times.
The Balmoral Castle is kind of a retreat for the Queen who for the most part appreciates a simple way of life at whatever point she visits the region.
While in the castle premises, she swaps her brilliant hued dresses for pared-back clothes and Wellington boots, revealed Daily Mail.
Balmoral Castle's broad grounds spread an all-out territory of 50,000 acres of land. The territory has been a home for the royal family since 1852.
