Highway actor Randeep Hooda has been in the industry for 18 years after debuting with Monsoon Wedding in 2001. The actor took birth in Rohtak, Haryana, on August 20, 1976 and proved his talents in films like Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, Highway, Main Aur Charles, Sarbjit and Sultan. Yesterday, on August 20, the actor turned a year older but seeing his photos, it is clearly visible that he is growing hotter.

He is among one of the most versatile actors in Bollywood who has come in industry after completing a postgraduate in human resource management from Melbourne. He came back to India to try his luck in modelling and theatre acting.
Fro his first film, his performance has been garnered appreciation, but he went unworked for the next four years till Ram Gopal Verma signed him for Din 2005. The film didn't work at box office and later the list of his flops include Darna Zaroori Hai, Risk, Ru Ba Ru, Karma Aur Holi and Love Khichdi.
Then he got the opportunity to work with Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi in Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai in 2010. The Milan Luthria's was a commercial success and first successful film of Randeep. He played the role as ACP Agnel Wilson in the film. Then hr went on to give successful films like Highway, Kick, Sarbjit and Sultan. His last release was Tiger Shroff-starrer Baaghi 2 which released in 2018.
His upcoming films include American movie Dhaka, directed by Sam Hargrave. The movie stars Chris Hemsworth, and Bollywood actors Manoj Bajpayee and Pankaj Tripathi.
In school, he was named ‘Randeep Hooda Don’ as he was a brat student.
The actor is hardworking and he proved it when he lost 18 kilos to look skinny in Sarbjit.
He has won two Stardust Awards - in 2014 as Best Actor for Highway and in 2015 as Best Actor in a Negative Role for Main Aur Charles.
