Pakistani Reporter Brutally Trolled After Misinterpreting Abhinandan In PM Narendra Modi’s Speech

The sound of BJP’s massive victory is still heard all across the world. After the win in Lok Sabha election for the second time, PM Narendra addressed his 353 MPs who won in the elections at the Central Hall of Parliament. However, things turned hilarious when a Pakistani reporter misunderstood the word, Abhinandan from Modi’s speech, which means congratulations. He thought PM Narendra Modi is taking the name of Indian Air Force pilot Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured by Pakistani army post Balakot air strike.

The clip has been going viral on the internet and the Pakistani reporter for ARY News can be seen talking about Modi’s speech and talks, how PM has not forgotten Abhinandan Varthaman even after winning the Lok Sabha elections. The anchor said this in reference to the word Abhinandan which was used by Modi to congratulate the MPs and all his supporters who led them to victory.

As soon as the video went viral, people began to comment on the misinterpretation and hilariously trolled the anchor. One of the users wrote, “Dear @ARYNEWSOFFICIAL, Hindi word ‘Abhinandan’ means congratulations or to greet. So ‘Abhinandan’ always won’t mean Wing Commander Abhinandan.”

Whereas one user pointed out the fear that Pakistanis have from the word, Abhinandan. He wrote, “Chalo mana ki inko abhinandan ka matlab ni malumm, pr phir bhi iss shabd se itna darr kyu lgta hey bhai?”

Well, this is not the first time when reporters have made such blunders, but this type of incidents indeed teach us a lesson of only speaking on matters about which we are aware of.
