Pakistan right-arm pacer Hasan Ali is set to get married with Indian girl Shamia Arzoo on August 20.
He was in Pakistan's squad in the ongoing World Cup, Hasan's nikah function will be held at a Dubai hotel and the rukhsati will happen in 2020, the News International detailed.
The 25-year-old Hasan fell for Shamia Arzoo during the World Cup held in the UK. Arzoo is an engineer, and right now works in Dubai.
Hasan will turn into the fourth Pakistani cricketer to wed an Indian young lady after previous cricketers Shoaib Malik, Zaheer Abbas, and Mohsin Khan.
Shoaib wedded Indian tennis star Sania Mirza in 2010. The couple was then blessed with a baby boy Izhaan Mirza Malik in October a year ago.
As per a Geo News report, Ali will wed Shamia Arzoo in Dubai and the report expressed that the nikkah will be held on August 20 in Dubai.
The report additionally said Shamia, who works for a private airline, hails from Haryana. She studied from England and lives with her folks in Dubai, with some of their relatives in Delhi.
Citing family sources, Geo News further said Hasan initially met Shamia through a close companion in Dubai.
Hasan has played nine Tests and 53 ODIs, played an important role in Pakistan's 2017 Champions Trophy victory.
The pacer’s form and game has increased in a previous couple of years. The 25-year-old played in the World Cup in England and Wales and was dropped from the playing XI in the prestigious tournament.
