Today, Mulk movie got released and reviews are out now. The movie stars Rishi Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, and Ashutosh Rana, Prateik Babbar, Rajat Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Neena Gupta. Helmed by Anubhav Sinha, the film gets 4 stars out five. Yes, Mulk showcases some courageous acknowledgement of mentality or judiciousness.
A bow down to the director Anubhav Sinha who dares to make a film like Mulk which tells us about the prejudice and its results. Where most of India's television news channels shy away from speaking up against organized forces that give rise to communal dislike as the political strategy, Sinha showed us very closely where we are living.
The very first scene is an ode to harmony and the last scene is a slap on the tatters of the division.
After the interval, the film goes a little slow for a few minutes but the lady in the black coat soon came into action.
Bollywood is blessed with the actor like Taapsee Pannu. She is playing the role of a Lawyer and one cannot miss her seeing in a tough role like this. The list is pretty too big of her scenes in which she just nailed it. The talented actress once again showed those who talk about favouritism. Without any godfather in the industry, she set herself as the most influencing actress.
Talking about the man, Rishi Kapoor slips in his character like a hot knife on the butter. No doubt, Ranbir Kapoor owns his talent to his father. Another reason after Taapsee to watch Mulk.
Manoj Parwah whom we have seen in Office Office nailed his performance. Prateik Babbar didn't get the screen space but he played well whatever he gets in the movie. While Nina Gupta and Prachi Pandya are beautifully impressive, Ashutosh Rana comes up with yet another excellent performance. He is the other definition of an antagonist in the movie.
And last but not the least, Rajat Kapoor and Kumud Mishra, its like they are telling the Bollywood that yes, you got us. Real Treasure!
Bollywood is really getting somewhere above all that love, romance movies.
