MS Dhoni spotted signing cricket bat for soldier on Army Duty in Kashmir; picture turns viral

Former Indian captain and wicket keeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is currently on duty with the Indian Army in Kashmir.

The Ex-captain has taken 2 months break from cricket, so as to serve the 106 Territorial Army Battalion (Para). He started his duty with the Army in Kashmir unit on Tuesday.

He was quick enough to make inroads on the social media after a picture of Dhoni in Kashmir was shared on the social media. In the picture, MS Dhoni was seen signing a cricket bat and he was wearing Army uniform.

The picture took the internet by storm and within no time it became viral. The unit with which Dhoni is serving is deployed in South Kashmir as part of the Victor Force. MS Dhoni will stay with them till August 15th.

Dhoni holds the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and there was also another picture of him that was shared online, in which he was seen travelling to Srinagar along with one of his managers in a flight. That image Of MSD also got circulated over the web, and was indeed a viral post. Army Chief General Bipin Rawat had confirmed that MS Dhoni has completed his basic training. The Army Chief also expressed his confidence in Dhoni and said that he will perform all his duties in the best way possible.

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat also said that when an Indian citizen wishes to serve the army, he has to be well prepared so as to fulfill the duties which are assigned to him. He told that MS Dhoni has completed his basic training and as we all know, Dhoni will be able to accomplish the task beautifully. It is a known fact that Dhoni has a calm composure while on the field, but has a fighting mentality and would not like to give up anything easily.
