Ice Bucket Challenge is an activity which involves the dumping of a bucket of ice and water over a person's head, either by another person or by one own self to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, also known as motor neurone disease and in the US as Lou Gehrig's disease) and encourage donations to research.
Several well-known personalities from film world took up this challenge including commoners.
Well, this Ice Bucket Challenge was taken up for a noble cause but now we have come across another unique but a bit risky challenge which you must have never heard before.
It’s called the ‘Spicy Barrel Challenge’. Yes, you heard it right! Now you must be wondering what is the challenge all about, isn’t it? Don’t worry, we will tell you.
So, it happens that a waterpark in Chongqing, a city of China has come up with this crazy challenge for the visitors to cool down them down in the scorching heats of summer.
Well, so what will the winner get after completing the challenge? The winner gets an imported bottle of wine. Wow, now that’s quite interesting.
So what you got to do?
All you got to do is survive five minutes inside an oversized bucket filled with water and chili peppers, which ranged from not spicy, to mild, to hot, to super spicy. No, I’m not kidding!
No matter the choice, this ‘Spicy Barrel Challenge’ proved to not be terribly spicy or challenging with boredom seeming to be the main obstacle to victory.
