The Election Commission recently finished the first phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 and commenced the 2nd phase of the elections on 18th April 2019. The electoral polling began in a couple of seats in Jammu and Kashmir and a single seat each in Puducherry and Manipur. Some interesting thing has happened on the day of elections.

A picture of a newly-wed couple recently went viral on the social networking site as they arrived at the polling station in Udhampur with an intention to cast their votes. From the picture, we can witness the couple directly reached the polling station in their bridal outfits. One of the popular media sites posted the picture and shared it with the public.
