A video recording of well known Bollywood beauty Swara Bhasker is going viral all over the web. Yes, this is true but, all for wrong reasons.
Her haters have given the video a special name, “Swara Bhasker’s epic beizzati."
In the just 3 sec long preview, a man is witnessed clicking a selfie video with Swara and in that short time period, he said, "Ma'am, Ayega toh Modi hi".
For the not conversant, the actress is in opposition to the prevailing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Remarks from haters started coming in the moment the video recording got posted on the web.
"Naya Hindustan hai, selfie lega bhi, aur beizzati bhi karega," one Twitter user wrote.
Another remarked, "Bechari, kitne achche tarike se pose mara liya tha."
At this time, the actress has broken her stillness on the viral video recording and has described it a "tacky and underhand tactic of bhakts".
In a special tweet, she shared, "A guy asks for a selfie at the airport; I oblige coz I don’t discriminate people who want selfies based on their politics. He sneakily shoots a video. Tacky and underhand tactics are trademarks of bhakts. I’m unsurprised. But always glad to make bhakts feel like their lives are worthwhile."
In recent times, Swara flapped down the BJP for fielding Malegaon explosions charged Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur as their applicant from Bhopal and addressed it "shameful".
She was quoted by media people as saying, "What Pragya Thakur represents in the election is harmful. She is a mix of politics and crime."
"She is accused of murder, of terrorism. Terror is an attempt to end harmony in society and the country. And the BJP has seen fit to field such a candidate," she added.
In the continuing Lok Sabha poll, she has been keenly campaigning in opposition to Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur.
She also took part in a road show and padyatra for Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) East Delhi applicant, Atishi Marlena.
She is also taking the field for AAP's South Delhi applicant Raghav Chadha and North East Delhi contender Dilip Pandey.
In addition to these candidates, she has also showcased her backing for Amra Ram, Communist Party of India (Marxist) applicant from Rajasthan's Sikar, and Kanhaiya Kumar, Communist Party of India applicant from Bihar's Begusarai.
