As indicated by a report in DNA, a man named as Suresh Ram filled in as an Assistant Engineer in the Office of Building Construction of Kishanganj, the Department of Water Resources in Banka locale's Belhar block and in Bhim Nagar East Embankment of Supaul.


The matter started in 1988 when Ram started his profession as a Junior Engineer in Patna's Building Construction division. While he was working there, in 1989, he got another letter, delegating him in the Water Resources Department, trailed by a third one.

Ram, rather than picking one from the three was working in all of the workplaces simultaneously.


Deets of all Bihar government employees, for example, the Aadhaar number, date of birth, PAN number, and so on were moved to CFMS and that is the manner by which the matter was caught.


As indicated by the report, in July, the Deputy Secretary of Kishanganj Building Construction division asked Ram show all of his papers to the irrigation department yet he didn't appear, following which an FIR has been registered against him.
