Saturday’s Weekend KaVaar came with the first eviction of Bigg Boss season 12. Yes, the episode sees the first elimination of the season and jodi Kriti Verma and Roshmi Banik have been out of the house of Bigg Boss. The remaining contestants on the show are singles Dipika Kakar, Karanvir Bohra, Srishty Rode, Neha Pendse, Sreesanth, and Jodis AnupJalota-JasleenMatharu, Somi Khan-Saba Khan, Romil Chaudhary-Nirmal Singh, Sourabh Patel-Shivashish Mishra and Deepak Thakur-Urvashi Vani.
For the first time, Bigg Boss introduced the outhouse in which Roshmi and Kriti stepped in with their individual partners. Roshmi came with her friend-turned-foe Mital Joshi. While Kriti entered with her Roadies co-contestant SurbhiRana. Kriti and Roshmi received the highest vote from their respective partners and hence they entered the main house.
After entering the house, Kriti and Roshmi lost their spark which they showed in the outhouse. Later, they became the first captains of the season. However, they caught breaking a lot of rules and lost their chance of immunity.
The same result has been shown by a poll conducted where Kriti and Roshmi received the highest percentage of votes (48%) to get eliminated from the house as compared to Romil and Nirmal (38%) percent.
After the eviction, during a media interaction, the girls spill the beans about the living in the house. Kriti said, "We gave our 100 percent to it. But since we were the first captains and I am a very soft-hearted person. If someone is slacking and not doing the given chore on time, we would give them that leverage. I was also told sometimes that I became arrogant after becoming the captain of the house. The housemates only tried to pull us down. In fact, Sreesanth told me that I am his first captain after MS Dhoni and it’s a huge compliment. He said he is already missing me in the house."
While, Roshmi said, "Kriti was like this but I was quite strict a lot of times. Because a couple of people didn’t want to do the chores they were assigned. And since it was our first week, if we force someone to do their chore, we would get the “bossy” label which Dipika (Kakar) got. We were an easy target. We would complete chores that were assigned to others because they weren’t doing it. There have been days when Kriti has cooked for people and I have stayed up till 3 am doing the dishes."
