Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 is going International, to be aired in Sri Lanka

Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 went on-air last week 25th September and this has been the moment fans have been waiting for many years. The popular show produced by Ekta Kapoor. Ever since Ekta Kapoor announced it there was a lot of buzz around the show. The first episode has received a thumbs up from a lot of fans. Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes are playing the lead roles in this season.

Its been a few days now that Kasautii Zindagi Kay Reboot has gone on-air and the show is all set to air in the country of Sri Lanka. Its really surprising but the show is going to be international. KZK 2 Sri Lankan dubbed version (Praveena 2) will be on air from 8th October, Monday to Friday at 8 pm. The show will telecast on Sirasa TV. The show has is been listed in top 10 TRPs list. While the show has a loyal fan following in India, there's a huge following for it in other countries as well.

We all know Indian TV shows are extremely popular globally, where multiple shows have made their mark abroad in several countries, at times while they are on-air and else, even after going off-air in India. The show's trailer went on the headline and created a romantic note on the viewers as it was none other than the King of romance Shah Rukh Khan announcing the return of the love story of two star-crossed lovers Prerna and Anurag who he compares to like sky and earth that never meet.

                                              

During an interview with a leading news daily, Ekta was asked about the pressure of recreating the iconic show, she replied, "For me, love is classic. It can be told many many times. Yes, with time there can be new characters and few changes but the essence will always remain the same.”
