Bollywood star Varun Dhawan has given many hits like Student Of The Year, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, in his short career.
The actor's newest release, Kalank, has reached theaters on April 17 and the film has been bagging praises from all sides.
A moment ago, the actor posted his journey of becoming Zafar with a BTS video recording.
In the preview, which the brilliant star posted with the title, "The journey to being Zafar was tough, but the result has been so so worth it," the buffs can witness the 31-year-old actor doing tough workout as a part of his preparation for the film.
While talking regarding his training for the flick, Varun said, "Kalank's training has been the most physically and mentally hardest training that I have ever done. I'll tell you why. I had to get bigger for Zafar's role and I just don't mean bigger, I had to get bigger on shoulders, I had to get bigger on my arms."
In the movie, Varun dons the character of a guy who plays with life and threat. Helmed by by Abhishek Varman, the film has been produced under the banner of Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The film also features super stars including Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt in lead characters.
Apart from the recently released period drama, the super star has many projects aligned for him. The actor will be shortly starring in Remo D'Souza's forthcoming dance movie, Street Dancer together with Shraddha Kapoor. The film is the second part of the super hit ABCD franchise.
The actor will also be seen in the second part of the 1995 super hit movie Coolie No. 1 that featured comedy star Govinda and beautiful Karisma Kapoor in main roles. In the film, Sara Ali Khan will be seen playing the character donned by Karisma. As per reports, the first look of the film will get rolled out on Varun's birth anniversary i.e April 24.
