Janhvi, Ishaan And Shashank Reveal The Experience Of Jump Of Faith While Filming A Song Sequence

Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor are all set to make their big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s much-awaited film Dhadak. The newbies are currently on a promotional spree for their flick and are leaving no stone unturned to reach out to the masses and interact with them while promotions.

The official Youtube handle of Dharma Productions recently released a video of one of the interviews where the star cast and the film’s director Shashank Khaitan talk about the actor's dreamy jump from the film's track 'Pehli Baar'.

Ishaan had to jump into a puddle in the song Pehli Baar. The scene is filled with romance and masses will witness an amazing chemistry between them. However, you will be surprised to know that while shooting, there were snakes in the water that Ishaan had to jump in! Yes, you heard it right! The jump was literally a 'Jump of Faith' and the depth of the puddle was around 80 feet. No, we are not kidding!

Ishaan and Shashank are seen describing their overall experience while shooting this particular scene and how difficult it was. The behind-the-scenes is also shown in the video where both Ishaan and Janhvi along with the rest of the cast and crew are having fun while filming this scene.

Dhadak’s third song 'Pehli Baar' is out now and it is all about the innocence, magic, and charm of first love.

The song is sung by Ajay Gogavale, the beautiful track is composed by Ajay-Atul and has been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Dhadak has been directed by Shashank Khaitan, and is the Hindi remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat which also starred newbies of Marathi film industry Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar.

Sairat was helmed by Nagraj Manjule and it went on to become the biggest hit in the history of Marathi cinema by garnering over Rs 100 crores at the Box Office.

Well, let’s wait and watch what kind of magic will Ishaan and Janhvi’s film weave once it hits the screens? Are you excited? Dhadak will release on 20th July.
