Its been three months since Sridevi left for the heavenly abode all of a sudden leaving back her two daughters Janhvi and Khushi and her husband Boney Kapoor. Though they are trying to move on in their own lives but we know it's not that easy to forget our near and dear ones.
After Sridevi, Boney is taking all responsibilities of his daughters and sees to it that he is there for them whenever they need him.
During a recent media interaction, which was also Janhvi's first interview with a leading magazine, she spoke about the last night that she spent with her mother i.e a day before Sridevi was leaving for Dubai, Mohit Marwah's wedding.
"The day before she left for the wedding (Mohit Marwah's wedding in UAE), I had to shoot, but I couldn't sleep, so I was like, 'I need you to come and put me to sleep.' But she was packing, so by the time she came to me I was half asleep. But I could feel her patting my head."
Janhvi also spoke about what Sridevi said about Dhadak after watching 25 minutes of footage of her debut film.
"She was very technical about it. The first thing she told me was the things I needed to improve - she felt the mascara was smudged and it really bothered her. The second half has to be different, she told me, 'You can't wear anything on your face.' That's all she told me but she was happy."
Though Janhvi and Khushi won't get their mother's love but seems the sisters are trying to be there for each other especially, Khushi who looks after her elder sister.
Revealing about this, Janhvi said, "Khushi is very maternal with me. I am a full baby. She takes care of me. Now she comes and puts me to sleep sometimes."
Jahnvi is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions' Dhadak which is a remake of Sairat. The movie will also star Ishaan Khatter in the lead role. Dhadak is all set for July 2018 release and is directed by Shashank Khaitan.
