Irfan Pathan calls Bumrah the world’s best bowler; says, he has developed the away swinger and has greater control

The cricket world has become speechless after Jasprit Bumrah's performances in the last few years. Bumrah has been quite instrumental in bringing India to the top of the cricket world, and he did it with his immaculate bowling.

Jasprit Bumrah is indeed the leading ODI bowler in the world as of now, and he also holds the top 3 position in Test Rankings. His rise as a strike bowler also improve India's dominance in Test cricket and Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his company have outclassed every opposition that has come on their way.

Jasprit Bumrah made his test debut in 2018 and very soon found himself as one of the regular players in the playing eleven. Bumrah has already become the first pacer from Asia to clinch 5 wicket hauls in South Africa, England, Australia and West Indies and also the fastest Indian fast bowler to take 50 wickets.

Bumrah was also awarded the man of the series for his amazing performance in the recently concluded test match series against the West Indies. During the series, he claimed 13 wickets, which also included a hat-trick in the second match.

Former Indian pacer, Irfan Pathan also talked about the rise of Jasprit Bumrah in the test matches. Pathan said that Test cricket has made this young bowler a true asset.

As per Irfan, Jasprit Bumrah has developed the way swinger in international cricket and that too with great control and this is all made possible due to test cricket.

Irfan Pathan has the opinion that while one plays test cricket, the bowler will be exposed to the challenges of bowling in different situations and this makes him stronger.

Pathan also said that Jasprit Bumrah is currently the best bowler in the world and he is able to bowl with such pace with his short run up. He is indeed very sharp with any kind of balls and it is really able to predict his bowling.
