In the era of the coronavirus, dressing up for weddings isn't really fun since wearing face masks has become a must while leaving the house to avoid catching the infectious disease. While many brides wanted face masks that matched their wedding gowns for their big day, they had to forego some of their jewellery due to the face cover. One wedding guest, on the other hand, has devised a "jugaad" - a hack - to wear the jewellery while adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines.
Dipanshu Kabra, an IPS officer, found this photo amusing and tweeted, "#JewelleryJugaad level Super Ultra Pro Max..." On social media, the picture of this woman at a wedding function wearing all of her jewellery, including a necklace, choker, maang-tika, and nose ring, as well as a face mask, has gone viral.
The woman in the picture is Kavita Joshi, a resident of Ghodakhal, in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand. She was attending her niece Mitika's wedding in Haldwani when the picture was clicked.
The image has gone viral on many social media platforms since it was posted online, eliciting a wide range of responses from internet users. While some were clearly impressed by the woman, others found the "desi jugaad" amusing. Look at the netizens reaction on this tweet by IPS officer, Dipanshu Kabra below.
