Buffs all over the globe value the stars for carrying on their fast during the sacred month of Ramazan in spite of the hectic demands of IPL. The buffs even wished good luck to all the super stars for their final tournament in opposition to Delhi Capitals.

Delhi Capitals opener Shikhar Dhawan was full of praise for his ex Sunrisers Hyderabad partners Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi after the Afghanistan pair played the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 Eliminator in spite of fasting.

Dhawan also talked about the complexity of being on the turf whilst fasting but stated Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi played in an effortless manner in the crunch competition at the YS Rajashekara Reddy ACA-VCDA Stadium in Visakhapatnam on May 08.

Shikhar Dhawan had shifted to Delhi Capitals from Sunrisers Hyderabad prior to IPL 2019 and confronted his ex teammates during the Eliminator. Delhi Capitals went on to bang SRH by 2 wickets to knock the latter out and meet the requirements for the Qualifier 2.

Dhawan also clicked a pic with Rashid and Nabi after the Eliminator match and shared the image on social platform.

Dhawan wrote: "Wishing everyone #RamadanKareem. So proud of them! It is not easy to fast the whole day & then play the match. But they make it look effortless! An inspiration for their country & the world cricket! Your energy motivates everyone to dream big. May Allah's blessings be with you! (sic)."

Dhawan will be projected to bear the load of scoring runs at the top when DC confront Chennai Super Kings in Qualifier 2 on Friday.
