Ranbir Kapoor is currently one of the most demanded actors in the industry. The actor has proved his worth in the industry with movies like Wake Up Sid, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and Tamasha. Ranbir's latest film Sanju has impressed the audience and the film is roaring on the box-office.
Sanjay Dutt biopic has broken the records held by Salman Khan's Race 3 and has become the biggest opener of 2018. Collecting Rs 34.75 crore on its first day at the Box Office, the film surpassed the opening day collections of all of the Ranbir's previous releases. The film has crossed whopping Rs.200 crore in 7 days.
In the old interview, Nana Patekar is seen agreeing with the judicial verdict for Dutt. Patekar is also seen saying that Sanjay must serve his full term to repent for what he did. And also that he won’t work with Sanjay Dutt until he completes his term in jail.
An opinionated fan recently re-posted this old interview video while captioning it:
"Celebrities have always rallied behind Sanjay Dutt despite his crimes. And now there is even a blockbuster film to whitewash his image. But there was one man in Bollywood who has always called him out..and i think the only one from the industry to call him out- Nana Patekar"
The fan is evidently angry with how the other celebs have been supporting Sanjay Dutt despite what all he did. And also applauds Patekar's courage in taking a stand and sticking with it.
On the work front, Patekar was last seen making a guest appearance in the movie 'Golmaal Again' in 2017. And we hope he soon takes up another Bollywood project. Sanjay Dutt will be seen in Saheb Biwi and Gangster 3. Ranbir is gearing up for Bramhastra opposite rumoured girlfriend Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Amitabh Bachchan.
