Hrithik Roshan to play Ram and Deepika Padukone as Sita in Nitesh Tiwari’s new project ‘Ramayan’

As per latest reports, Nitesh Tiwari, the director of the movie Dangal, and Ravi Udyawar will be working on their next project together. Their novel project will be based on the Hindu epic Ramayana and this is something the fans across the world are excited about.  In the proposed movie, actor Hrithik Roshan will be playing the role of Lord Ram, whereas Bollywood actress Deepika Padukon will be portraying the character of Sita.

This movie is going to create a great legacy in the Indian film industry and a lot of talks have already been started regarding this movie. There will also be other important Indian actors who will be handling different characters, but the final list has not been prepared.

As per various reports Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has already been approached by the producers to play the role of Lord Ram in the movie.

The movie is supposed to be named as "Ramayan" and is a big budget movie. The estimated budget of the movie is around Rs 500 crore and the movie will be shot using the 3D technology.

The movie will be a live action trilogy and will be released in different languages such as Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

The new movie will be produced by Madhu Mantena, Allu Aravind and Namit Malhotra. It is also said that actor Hrithik Roshan is very much happy to sign the project and he considers it as one of the most ambitious movie projects till now.

On the work front, Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is riding high over the success of his recent release "30". At the same time Deepika Padukone is busy shifting her work schedule between different projects such as Kabir Khan's 83 and Chhapaak, which is her own production. She is also playing the lead role in her own production movie, Chhapaak.
