“We largely used free tools and Google products to manage all our communication intra-team,” he adds.

The company co-centred on the small, however decisive details to pull them via tricky times.

“It took a lot of convincing and working closely with vendors to gain that trust,” added Rajiv.

During the initial three months of beginning, Ashish and Rajiv talked to Vani Kola and the group of Kalaari Capital. What mattered while lifting up funds was whether the biz would be capable of scaling up and that the two founding fathers came from a technology and consulting backdrop.

While every other merchant was swelling to numerous cities the squad focused on only 35 sections and three cities during the initial year.
