We all know that Bollywood superstars are currently attending the Cannes Film Festival and we have been getting the pictures of their gorgeous red carpet looks. Recently, Hina Khan made her debut at the red carpet and her look was appreciated by everyone. The actress wore Ziad Nakad’s grey deep-cut flowing gown with matching accessories. The look was elegant and fans could not stop gushing over the actress. Hina even posted the picture on her Instagram handle mentioning it as the biggest day of her life.
But, not everyone was pleased with her appearance. Filmfare’s Jitesh Pillai posted a story on his Instagram account that showed the picture of Hina Khan making pout in front of cameras. He captioned the story by writing, “Cannes has suddenly become chandivali studios kya?” The comment spread like a wildfire and Jitesh was bashed by numerous television stars for his deeds. And, many fans were speculating a reply from the actress and her boyfriend, Rocky Jaiswal, who actually came to defend her. He had a perfect reply for Jitesh and he wrote, “Some rats spend their entire lives chewing off the very vessel they live on and it’s not hard to imagine them to be the 1st ones to run if the ship sinks, god forbid. It becomes surprising, however, when the little creatures blame themselves for the unfortunate demise of the mighty ship. Rats don’t sink ships. They live off of it and die as Rats do! Dear Rat, this ship is not just any floater. This ship is unsinkable and your ship my friend, I am afraid, has sailed!”
Rocky even took his Instagram story and praised Hina. He wrote, “Now I want to talk about the giant heart of a girl I know. Her passion, her dedication, her hardships, her challenges, her leaps, her risks, her hard work, her talent, her journey and her achievements are worth singing laurels! She is indeed the breaker of barriers and stereotypes and a god’s own child who believes in looking ahead rather than backwards. Mediums don’t define her, she’s a phenomenon in and as herself! That’s why we love her! #sherrkhan.”
Even Hina posted two Instagram stories after the incident and wrote, “#FromChandivaliToCannes This hashtag is love and guess what? I actually started from Chandivali back then.” The second story reads, “I was persistent, I am constant and I will be efficient again and again and again. Don’t know where I belong, don’t know if I have to, the places don’t define me because as always, I will work my A*# Off and I will make my own place! My promise, a proud outsider from my Chandivali Studio!”
We appreciate her patience and hard work.
