Hera Pheri 3 Is Happening, Akshay Kumar Confirms Being A Part Of It

Hera Pheri is one of the most successful comedy franchises of Bollywood. The movie starred three of the best Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal's character Baburao is marked as one of the best comic characters of the Hindi film industry.

After the first part being one of the blockbuster hits of which released in the year 2000, the makers came up with its second part which also proved to be a super hit. The film saw a few additions in the star cast with the story being taken ahead from where it ended in the first part.

Phir Hera Pheri was back on the big screens after 6 long years in the year 2006 and took every one of us on a roller coaster laughter ride.

A lot has been speculated about the film's third installment since a long time. However, the makers as well as the film's star cast has always stayed mum about it as nothing was finalized yet.

The makers have started working on the film's third part and Raju, Shyam, and Baburao will be reprising their roles in the third part. Hera Pheri 3 will be back on the big screens after 18 years. Now isn't that exciting?

Recently, during his upcoming movie GOLD's promotions, the actor was asked about the movies and roles he’d want to do in the future and to this, Akshay stated, "Ek kisam ki filmein nahi, sirf social filmein nahi balki Housefull 4 kar raha hoon, Hera Pheri 3 bhi kar raha hoon. Toh aise bahut saari filmein hai.”

A leading web portal stated, "The movie will be shot in a start-to-finish schedule between December 2018 and February 2019 and will release in the second half of next year."

The first part was directed by Priyadarshan and the second one by Neeraj Vora who is sadly no more between us. The movie which is tentatively titled Hera Pheri 3 will be directed by Masti director Indra Kumar.
