"Self-confidence has always been one of my good qualities. I am always very confident. It is in my nature to be confident, to be aggressive. And it applies in my batting as well as wicketkeeping." ~Mahendra Singh Dhoni
Mahendra Singh Dhoni aka MS Dhoni,- If I ask you to describe the captain cool of Indian Cricket team, how would you do? He is probably the hope of 1.3242 billion Indians where everyone treats cricket as a religion. He is the best finisher on the field with highest-rated keepers ever. Dhoni also bagged World Cup by hitting a six as well as he bagged some prestigious awards including Padma Bhushan in 2018, Padma Shree in 2009, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna in 2007.
He is the all in one- Captains, batsmen, keeper and fitness inspiration for many. In every area he jumps, he is just laudable for his performance. Well, we have seen his magic on the field but many may not have seen him hit the gym often. So, on his 37 birthday today, let's see how he engage himself in physical activities to keep his fitness game strong.
Once in an interview with the leading daily, M. S. Dhoni said, "He likes playing other sports like badminton and football that help enhance his concentration and his footwork. A good footwork and stamina build-up help in the ability to run between the wickets."
He captioned the image as: Our trainer doesn't count biceps and tricep as an exercise, maybe he knows anyways v will do it.
Lower body day at the gym
Work hard to be fit and fine:
He had to leave off his favorite foods like butter chicken, naan:
However, he thinks fitness matters more than age and said, "We talked a lot about age but what matters is the fitness. Rayudu for example is 32, he's someone who is fit, covers a lot of ground. Even if he plays a few games where he spends a lot of time in the ground and in the field, he never complains. So it is the fitness that really matters more than the age aspect."
Wish you a very happy birthday Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
