This Girl’s Transformation From Fat To Fit Leads Her To Win International Beauty Contest

Joanna Joseph is an inspirational girl who fought against her obesity and made our nation proud with her beauty. When there is a will there's a way, and this proverb is beautifully expressed by this girl.

She won the second Miss India Worldwide contest. She was an obese child who had lots of dreams but her physique was an obstacle on her way but with her determination, she proved that she can win against obesity. This drastic change in her body was shocking even for her.

During her teens, she had faced a lot of peer pressure but her resolution of achieving something really huge in her life was tremendously inspirational for all. When she was teased by her schoolmates and friends she used to feel low and heavy-hearted and her only solace was her personal diary where she used to put forward.

When she was at the age of 16, her weight was around 100 kilograms she then decided to switch her diet to proper healthy eating that included fruits and vegetables. She started to lose few kilos with this diet but she still faced a lot of criticism. She didn’t let the harsh criticism and depression come in her way. She overcame all the bad experiences and turned it into something wonderful and admirable. Today she is an inspiration to all the young girls and women who are allowed in their weight issues. You can really take her advice and tips and if she can turn herself to such a great transformation why can't you?...

When you have your goals set and apart from that when your resolution is touching sky then nobody in this world can stop you from achieving your goals, Joseph is one of the leading examples for this. So be patient and deterministic for your goals and be clear with your aim.
