Parvez was eager to commend his fifth Ganesh Chaturthi and dashed out of his home without eating on Thursday night even after his mom's request. Sitting inside a confined shanty, 11-year-old Parvez's hopeless mother describes minutes before the catastrophe asserted her child's life. He was among the 11 individuals who kicked the bucket during the Ganesh statue inundation in a lake on the interceding night of Thursday and Friday. In the region, Parvez was known for his commitment to Ganesh.
"He got back home in a rush, loosened his shoes, and disclosed to me he was going to partake in the drenching of the Ganesh statue," his mom-related. "I requested that he have his supper and rest. In any matter, he said he should go as it was his fifth year of the celebration."
Like each year, Parvez had been energetic about the celebration — the crushed mother recollects that him approaching her for Rs 10 to purchase 'agarbattis' (incense sticks) and afterward leaving in a rush.
After the end of her more enjoyable half, Saeed, years back, Parvez's mom took care of the group of two children and a little girl and filled in as a local assistance.
The most seasoned of the kin, Shahrukh said Parvez had solid warmth for the Ganesh celebration from his youth. Since the age of four, Parvez would invest energy at the celebration advisory group office at whatever point Ganesh Chaturthi came around.
