According to a report, Disha swears by a strict workout routine and a very particular diet plan.
While many people hit the gym just once a day but Disha visits gym twice. Yes, you heard it right! This is because she believes that keeping oneself active through the entire day is a must for a fit body. For that, she does cardio in the mornings. Instead of sweating out on treadmill Disha opts for rigorous exercises like gymnastics and kickboxing.
Her evening work out sessions includes weight lifting to add a final touch of perfection.
Talking about her workout regime, she once said in an interview, “I work out every day and my routine usually involves cardio in the mornings, like dancing, kickboxing or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings. I supplement that with a protein-carbs diet. The general assumption is that women working out involves cardio, not weight training. But we all work out and do heavy weights; I come across so many girls in the gym training really hard.”
The Baaghi 2’s actress’ diet includes protein, healthy carbohydrates, and green vegetables. She also keeps her body hydrated by having ample amount of water.
Talking about her cheat days, Disha revealed, “I absolutely love them; in fact, I wait for cheat days the whole week. Depending on the diet I am following and my shoot schedule, I sit down once a week and eat everything I can fit into my stomach.”
