This Dog Has More Followers Than Zuckerberg, Earns 20 Lakhs Per Post 

Today, influencers make an important part on social media and individuals but startups, artists, NGOs, and even multi-national companies depend on influencer to make their products reach to more people. These influencers are highly active on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and also LinkedIn.

For long time, celebrities have led the influencer list but things have changed and a new kind of influencer has taken social media by storm.

Earlier, Grumpy Cat was internet’s favorite and that left her followers sad. However, her disappearance gave an opportunity to others to become successful influencer on social media. Today, ‘Jiffpom' which is one of the biggest stars of the petfluencer on social media is taken the internet by storm. It is a cuddly bear-faced dog and he appeared in a Katy Perry music video a few years back. He is the world’s most popular dog and is being followed by over 30 million on social media. He is quite active on Instagram and his each post makes more money than any other top influencer

Market Watch published a report which said that dogs and pets with over 20,000 followers earn about $283 per post. If they are being followed by people between 1,50,000 and 2,50,000, then their earnings can go up to $4.250 per post. But, Jiffpom earn about $14,000 (Rs 9.6 lakhs).

In 2018, Jiffpom’s Instagram follower was 3.6 million and he earned $17,500. Today, he has number of followers 9.2 million and his earnings per post is estimated to touch the $35,000.

In 2017, Los Angeles city council to honour the achievements of this dog from US declared s special day called ‘Jiff Day’. Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg invited the dog for the lunch in 2018, May. He also posed with celebs including Ariana Grande, Zach Clayton and Christian Collins.He won Favourite Instagram Pet at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards this year

Interestingly, he has more followers than Zuckerberg and Bill Gates. Jiffpom is also a three-time Guinness World Record holder for being the fastest dog on two paws.
