Daniel Craig’s last film as James Bond named No Time To Die; Release date, motion poster unveiled

Daniel Craig's new James Bond movie will be officially known as "No Time to Die."

This is the 25th James Bond movie and will be directed by Cary Fukunaga. The movie will be released in the UK on April 3, 2020 and the same will be released on 8th April in the United States.

The statement was officially announced on Twitter and the tweet reads, “Daniel Craig returns as James Bond, 007 in… ‘NO TIME TO DIE’. Out in the UK on 3 April 2020 and 8 April 2020 in the US. #Bond25 #NoTimeToDie.”


As per the plot synopsis from MGM, the 25th James Bond spy series movie is mainly based on the character that is created by Ian Fleming. In the movie, we can see James Bond enjoying a calm life in Jamaica after exiting his active service.

In the movie, James Bond's peace is very much short lived as Felix Leiter, his old friend from the CIA asks him for help. The mission that was put upon James Bond is to rescue a scientist who was kidnapped and the event really turns out to be very much treacherous than expected. This will lead James Bond to follow the footpaths of a mysterious villain who is armed with dangerous new technology.

“His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright) from the CIA turns up asking for help.


“The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology,” the release read.

The first look of the movie was released two months before the official title was released. Most part of the movie has been filmed in Jamaica and there was also a good amount of delay in announcing the official name.

Daniel Craig is going to appear for the fifth and final stint as Agent 007 and he also had to undergo an ankle surgery as he got injured during the shooting in May.

Another crew member was also injured during the shooting after a controlled explosion on the sets of the movie at Pinewood Studios in the UK. Apart from Daniel Craig, you can also see stars such as Rami Malek, Lea Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Billy Magnussen, Ana de Armas, David Dencik, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Rory Kinnear, Dali Benssalah, and Ralph Fiennes in the movie.
