Court orders NCB to return all laptops and mobile phones seized from Arjun Rampal & his girlfriend Gabrielle

A special Court under the special Act  Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS)  On Friday , 23rd of July , gives orders to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to return  all their electronic devices which includes laptop and cell phones to the actor Arjun Rampal and his Partner who is model too, Gabrielle Demetriades while NCB were investigating a drug case.

This drug case had all started in the Bollywood last year, post the demise of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. NCB had questioned several Bollywood celebrities while investigating. So the actor Arjun and his partner Gabrielle were also questioned by the NCB and Crime branch while investigating their devices were seized after the NCB team raid at their house. So for now the couple has said that they use their electronic devices for both personal and professional reasons.

Their advocate Ayaz Khan had appealed that NCB had confiscated their devices during a raid and also a charge sheet has now been filed . He also said that many trails were taked a long back eventually the couple's  devices which are with NCB makin them trouble and their are several financial issues too as they use their phones for professional uses too. The couple has accepted to abide all the conditions which will be kept by the judicial to get access their applications etc.
