BSNL rolls out its new prepaid plans under Rs 200 offering additional benefits

BSNL has been rolling out novel plans in India for the last few months.

The telecom giant has been rolling out several prepaid plans, which offers more benefits to the consumers when it comes to data and calls.

BSNL also seems to be very much busy in launching their 4G service to the selected circles across India and the company has even started offering special plans that encourage the common people to upgrade to one of its fastest network.


After witnessing these efforts, we can really understand that they are doing well in the market and there are a lot of subscribers that has been added every month. BSNL has launched two prepaid plans under Rs 200 to keep the momentum going.

Of these, there is a prepaid plan that has all the benefits whereas the other one is indeed a prepaid voucher that does not have any call related benefits.

As per variable sources, these plans were already existed in the market before, but they had been removed for some reasons. But, it is after a long time that these plans have been reinstated in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles.


The plan of Rs 187 aims at offering all-round benefits to its subscribers and BSNL indeed offers a 28 days validity along with the pre-paid plan. Thereby, the subscribers will be getting 2 GB data per day and the speed will be capped to 40 Kbps. But with this offer, the subscribers of BSNL will be getting an additional data of 2.2 GB and the total benefit of this plan will be around 4.2 GB.

Along with these facilities, the plan by BSNL will also be offering free local, STD and roaming calls for 250 minutes and after that the subscribers will be charged from their account balance. The subscribers will also get 100 free SMSes per day as per the plan.
