#BoycottMillennials trends as FM blames millennials for preferring Ola and Uber, Twitter had best jokes

Finance Minister, Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman was addressing a press conference when she was asked about the downfall in automobile industry to which she had a weird response. She said that the change in mindset of millennials is the prime reason for the fall of the industry.

Twitter instantly reacted to the press conference and twitter users came up with some hilarious responses like," oxygen crisis will occur because millennial inhale more oxygen in the morning." Here are some funny reactions from Twitterattis;

FM, Nirmala Sitharaman, said that millennial prefer Ola and Uber rather than investing in their own vehicle. Her exact words in the press conference were, "Some studies do tell us that mindset of millennials, who are now preferring not to commit an EMI (equated monthly installment) for buying an automobile, instead prefer to take Ola, Uber, everything else, or take the Metro... A whole lot of factors are influencing the automobile sector. We are trying to solve the problem for them."

This statement doesn't go well with the millennials and since then, they have been expressing their views on social media. Check out some hilarious tweets here;

I wonder why all these 30+ uncles are trolling #NirmalaSitaraman mercilessly for her comments. I am a millennial with an IIM degree, but I prefer selling pakodas. No Income tax, no house and car means no EMIs, no health insurance etc. #sayitlikenirmalatai #boycottmillennials
