The actor was recently present at the IIFA awards where he performed with Kriti Sanon. After wrapping up the IIFA celebrations in Bangkok, Arjun Kapoor flew back to Mumbai to revel in some family love on his 33rd birthday. The actor was joined by his father and sisters Anshula, Janhvi and Khushi.
There was one birthday wish and gift that caught Arjun off guard. The wish and the gift came from his grandmother Nirmal Kapoor accompanied with a threat. Sharing a picture of the gift and the wish on his social media site, Arjun Kapoor wrote, "When ur Dadi's gift is a threat & request along with a bribe & command all rolled into one !!! @nirmalkapoorbombay #bossgrandma."
Replying about his wedding plans, Arjun revealed on Friday night, "I believe in the institution of marriage. I will share the news with you all when it happens," he was quoted as saying by a leading news agency.
Moreover, Arjun asserted that he wants his sisters to get married first. "Recently, there were two marriages in the family. Let my sister Anshula get married, then there is Rhea and Janhvi and Khushi. There is time for me," the agency further quoted the Ishaqzaade star.
He will next be seen in Namaste England opposite Parineeti Chopra. The film is directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and is set to hit the screens October 19 during the Dussehra weekend. The romantic comedy will lock horns with Ajay Devgn’s untitled film and Ayushmann Khurrana’s Badhai Ho at the box office. Arjun will also be seen with Kriti Sanon in Panipat.
