Anushka Sharma’s Sweet Gift For Her Co-actor Varun Dhawan Is Just Beautiful

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma are coming together on the silver screen with Dum Laga Ke Haisha's director Sharat Katariya's film Sui Dhaga. The first of its kind film is based on the theme of Made in India and is set against the backdrop of the small town of India. The film has been shot in several locations of the country such as Chanderi (Madhya Pradesh), Delhi and Mumbai.

As the releasing date of the film is coming closer, the stars of the film are showing full involvement in the promotions of the film. Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan are going city to city to promote their film. They are doing a lot to make the film reach the audience. Recently, the lead actors of the film were in the city of joy, Kolkata for the same reason. The whole day the actor promoted Sui Dhaga and following the promotion Anushka Sharma bought a sweet gift for her co-actor Varun Dhawan. 

Like many other actors, Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan too became great friends while shooting the movie in Chanderi. Their camaraderie is evident on-screen and their fans can sense their bond be it promotional events or interviews. 

As the film is about to release soon, the actress wanted to gift something to her friend Varun as a token of friendship. So, she surprised Varun Dhawan by gifting him sweets from her favorite shop in Kolkata. The sweet gift of sweets made Varun super thrilled. 

As per the source, "Anushka loves Bengali sweets and she always orders from a particular shop specialising in traditional and gourmet Bengali confectionaries. She bought rabdi, baked rasgulla and other traditional sweets for Varun and personally gifted him. Anushka has been fond of Varun for the professional actor and co-star that he is and wanted to give this as a sweet gesture to him. Varun was thrilled with Anushka’s gift and feasted on them."

Sharat Katariya's Sui Dhaaga features Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan in lead roles. Varun Dhawan will be seen in the role of Mauji while, Anushka will portray the role of Mamta and the film will hit the screens on September 28, 2018.

After Sui Dhaaga, Varun Dhawan will begin shooting of Abhishek Varman's Kalank. The film which also stars Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sonakshi Sinha. While Anushka will be seen in Aanand L Rai's Zero opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
